1) Never ever use hot water. It will cause all protein-based stains to set in the panties.

2) After use, rinse off bodily fluid on the panties with cold water. 

​

3) Wash in detergent + cold water. Brush detergent powder on fresh stains of the panties. Any cheap detergent powder works.

4) Let the panties soak in detergent + fabric softener + cold water for minimum 2 hours. Make sure the powder on the stains doesn't fully dissolve once you immerse the panties in the liquid mixture.

5) After 2 hours or so (or overnight), rinse off the detergent residue with cold water. The stains should be gone now. You can dry it directly or put it in your washing machine to wash more.

 

6) Don't introduce the panties with high heat in the dryer. It might cause shrinkage.
