1) Clear Communications

✭ GladioLace strives to establish clear and respectful communications with all clients to prevent any misunderstandings and errors in the transaction. GladioLace will continuously inform the important updates of their order until completion. Any questions or inquiries by the public regarding GladioLace's products and policies will also be answered promptly.

2) Refunds and Compensations

✭ GladioLace will refund any lost item(s) during delivery. Should there be any mishaps or dissatisfaction with any of the products, GladioLace will discuss the problems with the client and compromise for a solution. The panties products are non-returnable but wetbags are returnable within 10 days after successful delivery.

3) Feedback

✭ Feedbacks and constructive criticisms are most appreciated. There will always be room for improvement for both GladioLace and myself as a person.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item or contact me in my website or any other online platform.

 

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control.

✭ To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Shopee and Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of other Gladio Lace's products, for example), if you contact me directly.

2) Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It

- Using your information to fulfill your order, settle disputes or provide customer support;

- If necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and

- As necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as

1) providing and improving my services.

2) Compliance with the Etsy and Shopee Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

✭  Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:


Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
