1) Buyer lists down product number and sends the list to GladioLace via any social media or email.

 

2) GladioLace contacts buyer to help finalise and confirm the order which include measurements, choosing type of fabrics (pattern and colour) and materials, payment and shipping method.

3) Buyer pays deposit (Cost of fabrics and materials only). Buyer confirms and sends legally-binding Purchase Order to GladioLace. (Purchase Order template and confirmed product list will be given)

4) GladioLace gets to work on making products. (About 2 days for 1 Period Panty, a day for 1 Normal Panty and 2 days for 1 Wetbag)

5) GladioLace packs and ships products. 

​

6) GladioLace issues tracking number and an Invoice to buyer to complete payment.
